After 10 years working for and on behalf of operators, Allison moved across to the landlords’ side in 2007. Her considerable experience in the sector has given her a truly balanced perspective and unique and in-depth understanding of the requirements of landlords, tenants, and network service providers alike.
She is a RICS Registered Valuer, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and Member of the Presidents Panel of Independent Experts at the RICS.
Allison has been instructed as expert valuer in a number of cases relating to valuations under the new Electronic Communications Code.
Rooftops are her specialism.
Away from her desk, Allison’s passions are yoga, music and long walks with her family.
