Director
James is a solicitor who has specialised in telecoms work since 2002, and he is both a director of Telemaster and a Partner at Birketts LLP, a top 100 law firm. He sits on the newly formed user group for specialist practitioners to assist the HM Courts and Services Upper Tribunal in formulating best practice, and is recommended by Legal 500 (clients state he is “unquestionably one of the best”).
James only acts for landowners, with a diverse client base across England and Wales which includes local authorities, housing associations, NHS Trusts, pension funds, commercial property owners, universities and developers and, at Birketts, he is supported by a skilled team dealing with all manner of legal matters.
Away from his desk, James is kept busy with his young family and is a keen skier.
