At Telemaster, we believe that doing good business means doing the right thing for our people, our communities, and the planet.

Our plan: to create opportunities for others, contribute positively to society and always consider the effect of our actions on the environment.

From supporting apprenticeships, to driving supplier confidence and improving staff wellbeing, we’re building sustainability and social responsibility into the heart of how we work.

Telemaster is Cyber Essentials accredited.

We’re delighted to share that Telemaster has achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation, the UK government-backed standard for cyber security. This certification confirms our strong protection against common online threats and reinforces our commitment to keeping client data safe, secure, and in trusted hands.

Doing business the right way means treating people fairly.

For this reason, we have been awarded the Fair Payment Code Bronze Award, recognising our commitment to paying our suppliers fairly, promptly, and with respect.

We pay at least 95% of all invoices within 60 days and abide by the Code’s principles of being clear, fair and collaborative with our suppliers.

Fair Payment Code

We believe fair pay is the foundation of good work. That’s why we’re proud to be a Living Wage Employer, ensuring everyone who works with us earns a real Living Wage – one that reflects the true cost of living, not just the government minimum.

Paying the real Living Wage supports our people with a decent standard of living. It’s not only the right thing to do but also builds a happier, more committed workforce and makes good business sense.

We proudly contribute monthly to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance.

Each air ambulance mission costs around £2,300, on average, they attend five rescue missions a day.

This emergency care service operates without NHS funding, so monthly donations help keep these lifesaving helicopters in the air.

Women in Property  is an organisation close to our heart that champions gender balance and diversity across the built environment.

We believe that equality and opportunities for women are fundamental to the growth of our industry.

When everyone has a greater possibility to contribute, the whole sector benefits.

Telemaster is delighted to be investing in the next generation by hiring a new apprentice with the help of Derby College.

We’ve had great experiences with our apprentices to date, who have brought fresh energy and ideas. We hope our new apprentice will further enhance our skill set and strengthen our team from within.

By nurturing local talent, we’re shaping the future of our industry and supporting long-term career development across the region.
