Expert Witness & Dispute Resolution

The intention of the new Code is to move disputes towards the Upper Tribunal where courts will award orders and compensation as it sees fit. The Telemaster team offers telecoms specific services in relation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediation and expert determination) and Expert Witness matters. Our Managing Director Allison Mullen has been instructed as expert valuer in a number of cases relating to valuations under the new Electronic Communications Code. She also advises fellow Chartered Surveyors in the specialist field of telecoms in this new Code era.
